Network Team Leader

About the role

The Network Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security of Almarai’s enterprise network services. This role involves planning, implementing, and managing data, voice, and cloud network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, SD‑WAN, and multi‑cloud environments while supporting business continuity and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, SD‑WAN, and cloud networking solutions.
• Monitor network performance and security, ensuring compliance with ISMS and NCA requirements.
• Lead incident response and root‑cause analysis to minimise downtime.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align network architecture with business objectives.
• Maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for network operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network design, implementation, and support.
• CCNA and MCSE certifications.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
