Night Manager

About the role

Radisson Collection Residences Riyadh is looking for a Night Manager to lead its Night Operations Team. The role brings a heightened sense of responsibility and focuses on delivering exceptional service and a seamless, secure guest experience. It suits someone who can stay calm and empathetic while hosting the late shift and keeping performance and productivity high.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the guest relations team and lead by example so that every aspect of the guest journey is anticipated and delivered to the highest standard.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the guest services department.
• Handle guest requests and operational challenges independently, as part of the management team.

Required profile

• An experienced hospitality professional with previous Night or Front Office supervisory or leadership experience.
• A strong decision-maker who can handle guest requests and operational challenges independently.
• Security-conscious, with knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.
• Comfortable working night shifts, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hotel property management systems.
• Guest relations and front office supervision.
