Nurse Product Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Nurse Product Specialist (Saudi nationals only) to support our surgical portfolio across Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. The role bridges clinical expertise and commercial activity, helping hospitals adopt advanced sutures, instruments and urology devices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide in‑theatre product demonstrations, education and technical support for sutures, needles and tissue‑approximation tools.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by identifying new opportunities and driving product conversions.
• Build trusted relationships with surgeons, OR directors, nurses and procurement teams.
• Support clinical trials and present product value versus competitors.
• Deliver pre‑sale and post‑sale assistance, troubleshooting issues and enhancing user experience.
• Conduct in‑service training workshops on new products, infection control and surgical benefits.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, hospital and regulatory reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Operating Room nursing certification (e.g., CNOR) preferred.
• 1–2 years of OR/peri‑operative experience combined with medical‑device sales or clinical specialist exposure.
• Strong knowledge of wound care, anatomy, tissue‑healing phases and suture material classifications.
