Office Development & CX Specialist – Riyadh

About the role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead office development and workplace experience (CX) initiatives for a major project in Riyadh. The role spans over a year and focuses on creating high‑performance office environments within mixed‑use districts.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement office development strategies aligned with local workplace culture and operational realities.
• Advise government entities, large developers, and giga‑project stakeholders on benchmarking, CX strategy, and worker journey design.
• Develop detailed technical requirements based on CX objectives and design guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of experience principles into office layouts.

Required profile

• 10‑15+ years of experience in office development, business districts, or mixed‑use environments in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of Saudi workplace culture, user behaviours, and operational constraints.
• Proven track record working with government bodies, large developers, or large‑scale projects.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of office development processes and workplace experience (CX) frameworks.
• Ability to translate CX requirements into detailed technical specifications.
