About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office & Operations Coordinator to keep our Riyadh office running smoothly. You will act as the operational backbone, ensuring seamless communication and efficient daily processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day office operations, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate between internal teams and external partners to maintain clear communication.
- Handle client inquiries and shipment follow‑ups via phone, email, and platform tools.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, documents, and operational reports.
- Support leadership with meeting preparation, travel arrangements, and task follow‑up.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in office management, operations coordination, or executive assistance.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar digital tools.
