Oncology / Chemotherapy Nurse

About the role

A leading healthcare organization in Riyadh is looking for an experienced Oncology / Chemotherapy Nurse to join its Oncology Services team. The role involves delivering safe chemotherapy treatments and providing comprehensive care to cancer patients throughout their treatment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy according to physician orders and approved oncology protocols.
• Perform thorough patient assessments before, during, and after chemotherapy administration.
• Monitor patients for complications and respond promptly to adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, side effects, and supportive care.
• Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation while following patient safety, infection‑prevention, and hazardous drug handling standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Valid SCFHS registration and professional classification.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Oncology/Chemotherapy nursing experience.
• Proven experience in chemotherapy administration and oncology patient care.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Preference for candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
• Immediate availability or short‑notice start is an advantage.
