Oncology / Chemotherapy Pharmacist – Riyadh

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oncology / Chemotherapy Pharmacist to join our Oncology Services team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring safe and accurate delivery of cancer treatments to patients.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify chemotherapy prescriptions for accuracy, appropriate dosing, and compliance with established protocols.
• Prepare and compound chemotherapy agents following hazardous‑drug handling standards.
• Dispense oncology medications safely while adhering to medication safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve medication‑related issues such as drug interactions or dosing concerns.
• Collaborate with oncologists, nurses and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes.
• Maintain precise documentation and support quality‑improvement and accreditation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Valid SCFHS registration and professional classification.
• Minimum two years recent experience in oncology pharmacy or chemotherapy preparation.
• Strong knowledge of chemotherapy protocols and hazardous‑drug handling.
• Excellent communication, organisational and teamwork abilities.
• Current residence in Saudi Arabia is preferred; immediate availability is an advantage.
