About the role
A reputable organization in Riyadh seeks an experienced Online Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across Saudi delivery platforms and marketplaces. The role focuses on expanding market presence, negotiating commercial terms and optimizing digital merchandising.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute online sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Manage relationships with online marketplaces, delivery platforms and strategic partners.
- Negotiate pricing, promotional campaigns and partnership agreements.
- Optimize product listings, digital merchandising and promotional activities.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts and analyse profitability.
Required profile
- Proven experience in online sales, e‑commerce or key‑account management, preferably in FMCG, retail or F&B.
- Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E‑Commerce or related field preferred.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of Saudi delivery platforms and online marketplaces.
- Digital merchandising and marketplace optimisation.
- Sales forecasting, profitability analysis and performance reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and sales dashboard proficiency.
