Operations Executive – Airfreight

About the role

The Operations Executive – Airfreight supports the Head of Air Freight in Saudi Arabia, ensuring smooth and accurate logistics operations. This position provides essential administrative and clerical assistance while coordinating daily air‑freight activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Air Freight team.
• Manage essential office tasks and documentation related to air‑freight shipments.
• Coordinate logistics activities to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist the Head of Air Freight – KSA in daily operational planning.
• Monitor and improve processes to anticipate and resolve challenges.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyse complex situations.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organisational and planning abilities.
• Proficient in time management and prioritisation to meet deadlines.
• Effective communicator with good judgement and decision‑making skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office, relevant systems and logistics processes.
