About the role
Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) is building a new fast‑delivery service in Saudi Arabia. We are looking for an Operations Executive to lead store operations, ensure policy compliance, and drive performance across the team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end UFG operations for one large site or multiple smaller sites on a daily basis.
- Supervise store operations, meeting customer‑facing metrics while maintaining quality, safety, and team morale.
- Drive performance management, coaching, and feedback for associates on productivity, quality, and safety.
- Prepare and implement training and development plans for pickers.
- Collaborate with merchant stakeholders to continuously improve operational processes.
- Conduct 4M/5S and Safety GEMBA audits for stores daily.
- Act as stand‑in for the Area Manager when needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or customer‑facing environment.
