Operations Specialist - Foodics Pay

About the role

Foodics, a restaurant management ecosystem and payment technology provider founded in 2014 and headquartered in Riyadh, is hiring an Operations Specialist for its Foodics Pay unit. The role acts as single point of contact for the bank and merchant accounts, covering merchant onboarding, terminal management, settlement and reconciliation, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with the bank, internal operations and cross-functional EPOS teams, and become an SME for the account
• Handle merchant onboarding, terminal management and merchant profiling
• Manage the POS vendor as single point of contact, ensuring installation and maintenance requests meet SLA
• Ensure merchant account settlement and reconciliation, and prepare SAMA SLA reports for submission to SAMA
• Process chargebacks, claims and disputes, coordinating supporting documents with the bank until closed
• Maintain merchant history, control stock inventory, validate invoices before bank submission and highlight discrepancies to finance
• Prepare daily maintenance/installation reports, mandate reports (POS SLA, MADA branding, active/inactive, segmentation, stock) and keep backups
• Respond promptly to emails and follow up with stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law or a relevant field
• 1-2 years of experience as an Operations Officer or Accounts Officer
• Knowledge of acquiring banking and the SAMA regulatory framework is essential
• Strong knowledge of KSA regulatory compliance in financial and payment services
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic
• Self-driven, able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Knowledge of TMS (Terminal Management System)
• Expert level in Excel and other Microsoft tools
