Senior Consultant - Public Sector Strategy

About the role

Khibraty is hiring a Senior Consultant in its Project Delivery department in Riyadh, reporting to the Engagement Manager. The consultant supports the delivery of consulting engagements by executing defined workstreams, conducting analysis and contributing to high-quality client deliverables, working closely with internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of consulting projects across assigned workstreams, aligned with scope, timelines and quality standards.
• Contribute to day-to-day client interactions such as meetings, workshops and progress updates.
• Conduct research, data collection and analysis to support strategies, organizational assessments and target operating models.
• Develop deliverables such as presentations, reports, models and documentation following consulting best practices.
• Support public sector engagements, including strategy development, organizational development and transformation programs.
• Assist in strategy execution, value realization and performance management, including defining, documenting and tracking KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support proposal development and business development.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to the Engagement Manager and project team, and guide junior consultants or analysts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• 4-7 years of experience, preferably in consulting or professional services.
• Experience supporting management consulting in the public sector in Saudi Arabia is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic is required.
