Operator III – Hail Injection (Manufacturing)

About the role

The Operator III – Hail Injection will work on high‑capacity production machines in a large plastic manufacturing complex. The position involves frequent set‑ups, short‑duration jobs, and limited control over final product quality while supporting overall plant efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Operate multiple injection‑molding and related process equipment, performing simple troubleshooting as needed.
• Assist senior operators in coordinating field activities to maintain continuous production.
• Verify that equipment in the assigned area is prepared for scheduled maintenance.
• Act as the first point of contact with maintenance and operations teams to facilitate work in the process area.
• Support emergency response actions according to standard procedures.
• Follow all quality, health, safety, and environment (HSE) procedures to ensure a safe workplace.
• Observe colleague activities and provide safety advice to reduce accident risk.
• Participate in training programs to meet performance standards.

Required profile

• Diploma degree.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of plant operations, technical safety, manufacturing processes, and operational procedures.
