Operator – Lean Manufacturing & Maintenance

About the role

The Operator will support NAPCO’s production environment by ensuring smooth operation of machinery and adherence to lean manufacturing standards. This role bridges the gap between operational execution and compliance with internal policies, health and safety regulations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Understand NFP business objectives and align daily activities with company goals.
• Interpret and apply internal policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Implement lean tools such as Just‑In‑Time, Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5S, SMED, and PDCA to drive efficiency.
• Maintain and manage a variety of machinery, spare parts, and tools used in maintenance practices.
• Apply local, regional and international occupational health and safety standards to protect personnel and assets.

Required profile

• Familiarity with manufacturing environments and a proactive attitude toward process improvement.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and safety regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
