Oracle SCM Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Lead to oversee the operation, development, and continuous improvement of Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The role will ensure Oracle SCM solutions align with operational processes and business requirements through functional configuration, customization, user support, performance optimization, and system integration, contributing to efficient and sustainable supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules, including Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), and Manufacturing.
• Configure system settings in line with approved operational policies and procedures.
• Analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and conduct gap analysis.
• Develop and maintain customizations, extensions, and workflows using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
• Design and maintain integration interfaces between SCM modules and other systems.
• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and perform system maintenance, updates, and upgrades.
• Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity and security, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end users and technical teams.
• Prepare and maintain documentation covering configurations, procedures, and technical designs.
• Participate in or lead SCM development projects, ensuring delivery within timelines and budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Oracle EBS Supply Chain and Manufacturing applications.
• Proven ability to analyze business processes and translate operational requirements into system solutions.
• Experience providing user support, troubleshooting, and managing system upgrades.
