Organizational Excellence Consultant (KAQA)

About the role

The organization is seeking an Organizational Excellence Consultant to lead the implementation of the KAQA Excellence Model in Riyadh. This 12‑month assignment focuses on delivering comprehensive organizational excellence assessments and building robust assessment frameworks for client institutions. The consultant will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the model’s integration supports continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the rollout of the KAQA Excellence Model, adapting it to the specific context of each client.
• Design and execute organizational excellence assessments, including the development of maturity assessment frameworks.
• Collaborate with the consulting team to analyse assessment results and formulate actionable improvement plans.
• Provide expertise and guidance on best practices related to excellence frameworks and maturity evaluations.
• Monitor progress of implementation and adjust the framework as needed to meet evolving client requirements.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with the KAQA Excellence Model or comparable excellence frameworks.
• Proven track record in conducting organizational assessments and maturity evaluations.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret assessment data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
• Ability to communicate assessment outcomes clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
