Orthopedic Surgery Registrar – Riyadh

About the role

The Orthopedic Surgery Registrar will work within Nahdi Care Clinics in Riyadh, providing comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for musculoskeletal injuries and illnesses. The role involves direct patient care, coordination of investigations, and education on health promotion and disease prevention.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients, document findings and design individualized care plans.
• Order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and ensure accurate patient records.
• Educate patients on their condition, treatment options, medication use and preventive health measures.
• Participate in quality‑improvement activities, committee work and continuous professional development.
• Adhere to NCC policies, CBAHI standards and Saudi health council guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery from a recognized university.
• Master’s degree in a related specialty or an Orthopedic Fellowship approved by SCFHS.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience after the Master’s degree (or eligibility to sit for the exam).
• Saudi Council of Health Specialty (SCFHS) approval.
