Orthopedic Surgery Registrar – Riyadh

About the role
The Orthopedic Surgery Registrar will work within the Nahdi Care Clinics in Riyadh, diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal injuries and illnesses. The role involves direct patient care, clinical decision‑making and participation in quality improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Assess patients, document findings and develop individualized care plans.
- Educate patients on their condition, treatment options, medication use and preventive health measures.
- Order, perform and interpret diagnostic investigations and prescribe appropriate medications.
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with NCC policies, CBAHI standards and Saudi health regulations.
- Participate in NCC committees, task forces and continuous professional development activities.
- Contribute to continuing medical education programs, rounds, conferences and journal clubs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery from a recognized university.
- Master’s degree in a related specialty or an Orthopedic Fellowship approved by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- Minimum two years of clinical experience after the Master’s degree or eligibility to sit for the required exam.
