OTR Supervisor

About the role

Amazon is looking for an OTR (On‑The‑Road) Supervisor to lead a team of Delivery Associates in a fast‑paced delivery station. You will ensure packages are delivered safely, on time, and meet Amazon’s high quality standards while promoting a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage Delivery Associates and last‑mile delivery operations.
• Monitor and drive OTR performance metrics and quality standards.
• Resolve real‑time routing, dispatch, and delivery challenges to maintain on‑time performance.
• Daily follow‑up with vendors on onboarding and facilitate onboarding with external contractors.
• Manage incentives, conduct uniform audits, and maintain inventory.
• Communicate daily operations with DSP points of contact and handle escalations.
• Address DS callouts and coordinate DAY0 attendance.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce delivery defects.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, holidays and willingness to work overtime.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Proven experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
• Experience using data analytics and metrics to identify and solve problems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
