About the role
We are looking for a compassionate and organized Patient Navigator to guide patients through the healthcare system. In this role you will ensure patients receive timely access to medical services while providing personalized support throughout their care journey.
Key responsibilities
- Receive patients, complete questionnaires, and conduct initial assessments of their needs.
- Coordinate appointments and procedures across multiple departments.
- Follow up on insurance authorizations and other administrative approvals.
- Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and monitor treatment plans.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of patient experience and service quality.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field, preferably healthcare.
- Experience in patient advocacy, healthcare coordination, or related roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
