About the role
We are looking for a People and Culture Trainee to join our HR team and support daily operations while gaining hands‑on experience in employee lifecycle management.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR information systems.
- Support recruitment activities, documentation management, and onboarding, training, and off‑boarding processes.
- Help administer performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to organizational development projects and cultural activities.
- Collaborate with the People and Culture team to apply HR best practices and promote a positive workplace environment.
Required profile
- Enthusiasm for human resources and organizational culture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles (a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
