People & Culture Business Partner

About the role

TechnipFMC is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner to provide HR support to leaders and employees across its Saudi Arabia business units. The role will help ensure consistent people practices, compliance with local labour law, and a high‑performing work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary People & Culture contact for managers and staff, advising on day‑to‑day HR matters and the employee lifecycle.
• Support workforce planning, organisational changes and headcount management in line with business needs and Saudi labour legislation.
• Maintain local HR policies, ensure compliance with labour law and company guidelines.
• Coordinate learning and development activities and promote use of corporate learning tools.
• Work with HRIS, ERP and GBS teams to keep employee records, organisational structures and cost‑centre data accurate.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback for retention improvement.
• Assist with promotions, salary adjustments, annual bonus reviews and other compensation actions.
• Provide guidance on employee and social relations matters and support community engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Solid experience in HR business partnering or People & Culture functions.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian labour law and internal HR governance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with regional HR teams and shared services.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills for managers and employees.
