People Experience & Culture Trainee (Tamheer) – Riyadh

About the role
The People Experience & Culture Trainee will support Chalhoub Group’s employee wellbeing and engagement strategy. Working across offices, stores and warehouses, you will help shape a positive culture and enhance the overall employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the annual wellbeing and engagement calendar and execute initiatives on time.
- Act as custodian of employee wellbeing benefits, ensuring they stay relevant and are continuously improved.
- Prepare copy for internal and external communications about wellbeing campaigns in collaboration with Group Communications.
- Conduct market research on emerging trends and technologies, proposing innovative solutions to improve employee experience.
- Negotiate and secure partnerships with external providers to introduce exclusive employee benefits.
- Collect feedback, analyse data and present performance reports and recommendations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Fresh graduate eligible for the Tamheer programme.
