Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Idaratech is seeking a data‑driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid media initiatives across multiple digital platforms. This full‑time position in Jeddah will focus on driving growth and maximizing ROI through strategic campaign management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rates, providing actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages and creative assets to improve effectiveness.
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently to achieve performance goals.
• Perform keyword research, audience segmentation and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to produce high‑performing ad creatives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends, tools and best practices in performance marketing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a performance marketing or similar digital marketing role.
• Hands‑on experience with major advertising platforms, especially Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and data‑visualisation tools.
• Solid understanding of the digital marketing funnel and key performance indicators.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in the B2B or SaaS technology sector is a plus.
