About the role
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Chairman and senior leadership team in Riyadh. The role involves high‑level administrative support, schedule management, and coordination of both internal and external communications to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary liaison between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate board and senior management meetings, including agendas and minutes.
- Support project coordination, track progress, and follow up on key actions.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and general administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidential records and filing systems.
- Assist with expense reports and general office support.
- Provide assistance with personal matters for the Chairman when required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in a senior Personal Assistant role.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
