Personal Host Manager

About the role

The Personal Host Manager supports resort operations as the Manager on Duty, focusing on Owner and Guest Relations. The role monitors guest feedback, identifies trends, and works with all departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Guest Relations function and collaborate with the GM and leadership team to resolve guest issues while guests are on‑site.
• Analyze daily guest feedback, internal and external survey data, and communicate trends to resort leaders.
• Develop and maintain action plans to address recurring guest concerns and track progress across departments.
• Conduct daily inspections of common areas, amenities, outlets, and guest units, documenting conditions for leadership.
• Coordinate Manager on Duty coverage for the entire week, ensuring proper shift staffing.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of experience in guest services, front desk, or a related field, OR a 2‑year degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
