About the role
We are seeking a Personnel Manager to lead HR initiatives for our Riyadh division, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with Group Personnel policies. The role will support both personnel and administrative functions within a fast‑growing food and beverage organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that meet local legal requirements and corporate standards.
- Provide day‑to‑day support to personnel and administrative teams.
- Manage talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure accurate HR data management and reporting.
- Collaborate with multicultural teams across the organization.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in senior personnel or HR management roles.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Proven ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Demonstrated financial acumen and customer‑focused mindset.
Required skills
- SAP (HR module) exposure.
