About the role

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Pilates Coach to join our team in Jeddah. You will lead safe, engaging, and effective Pilates sessions that help members improve strength, flexibility, posture, and overall well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑quality Reformer and Mat Pilates classes.
• Provide clear instruction and demonstrate proper Pilates techniques.
• Adapt exercises to various fitness levels, abilities, and individual needs.
• Ensure correct form, alignment, breathing, and safe equipment use.
• Create a welcoming, motivating environment for members.
• Monitor progress, give feedback, and support members’ fitness goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional training area.
• Stay updated on Pilates trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Certified Pilates Instructor or Coach.
• Previous experience teaching Pilates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve goals.
• Professional, energetic, and member‑focused attitude.
