Planning Scheduler – Primavera P6 Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Planning Scheduler with strong expertise in Primavera P6 to join our renewables projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves creating, updating and maintaining detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop baseline, recovery, look‑ahead and revised schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor actual progress against approved baselines and identify schedule deviations.
• Collect progress updates from engineering, procurement, construction and subcontractor teams.
• Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and highlight critical and near‑critical activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S‑Curves, manpower histograms and productivity analyses.
• Update resource loading, activity progress, remaining durations and forecast dates.
• Coordinate with project teams to identify delays, constraints and potential schedule risks.
• Support preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) and delay analysis documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in renewables or construction.
• Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage large‑scale schedules.
