Plumber – Hotel Engineering

About the role

You will provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests and internal customers as a Plumber within the Engineering Department of a luxury hotel. The role supports the smooth and efficient operation of all engineering functions and collaborates with other operating departments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations throughout the hotel.
• Assist in the overall running of the Engineering Department, ensuring systems operate reliably.
• Support other operating departments by providing timely plumbing solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Technician/Tradesman in a hotel environment, or 4 years in a similar large building/complex with a central plant.
• Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management is desirable.

Required skills

• Plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Knowledge of electrical systems related to plumbing equipment.
• Understanding of mechanical systems and building management concepts.
