PMO Analyst – Strategic Transformation Initiative

About the role

Join a leading semi‑government entity in Riyadh as a PMO Analyst supporting a high‑impact, multi‑year national transformation programme. You will work within the Project Management Office to strengthen governance, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement across a government environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and maintain project and operational performance data, producing regular dashboards and KPI reports.
• Support governance reviews, compliance assessments and maintain risk, issue and challenge registers.
• Assist in reviewing business processes, identifying improvement and automation opportunities, and updating PMO templates and standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather project updates, prepare executive presentations and knowledge‑transfer materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a PMO, project management, governance, organisational performance or management consulting role.
• Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience preparing performance reports and dashboards.
