About the role
The PMO Coordinator – Engineer will support project governance, planning, and performance monitoring within a structured PMO framework. The role ensures that engineering projects align with organizational standards, timelines, and best‑practice project management methodologies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules, tracking progress against scope, time, and cost baselines.
- Identify risks, issues, and mitigation actions, and coordinate with engineering teams to validate technical inputs.
- Ensure compliance with PMO processes, templates, and standards; prepare dashboards, performance reports, and portfolio‑level analyses.
- Maintain centralized PMO documentation, support project audits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Review engineering deliverables for completeness, coordinate timely submissions, and support integration across engineering disciplines.
- Monitor and report project performance to senior management, escalating risks, delays, and compliance issues as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Architecture).
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or PMO roles.
- Knowledge of project management principles (PMI or equivalent is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
