PMO Digital Lead

About the role

KBR is providing PMO services, enterprise-level governance, assurance, integration and performance oversight for a major mixed-use development in Riyadh, which aims to be a global landmark. The PMO Digital Lead reports to the Project Controls Director and leads the digital transformation of the PMO, covering governance and data-driven delivery, with oversight of PMCs. The role integrates digital tools, analytics and PMO best practices to support control and reporting of quality, schedule, cost and safety, and provides a single source of truth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a digital PMO framework aligned with a defined digital strategy.
• Lead digital transformation across project controls, commercial, reporting and governance.
• Drive development, enhancement and maintenance of digital platforms, including dashboards, BIM integration and data analytics tools.
• Use data-driven analysis to enable predictive decisions on quality, schedule, cost and safety.
• Implement digital integration frameworks and tools for expedited data acquisition and digital reporting of design and construction progress.
• Enable unified project controls through an integrated platform covering planning, scheduling, cost management, forecasting, risk management, change control and document control.
• Apply advanced analytics, AI models and Common Data Environments (CDE) to improve performance and delivery.
• Mentor PMO and project controls teams, build digital capability and run training on tools, dashboards and workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical or Computer Engineering; Master's degree preferred in Business Administration, Project Management, Digital Transformation or similar.
• Minimum 15 years of post-graduation experience.
• Sound knowledge of engineering and commercial aspects of major civil, infrastructure and development projects.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Data and visualization: Power BI, Tableau and advanced Excel analytics.
• Digital platforms: BIM tools and CDE systems.
• Project controls software: Primavera P6, MS Project, PERT master and document management systems.
