PMO Manager

About the role

The PMO Manager will lead the successful delivery of programs, projects and operational initiatives across Bupa Arabia Operations. This role ensures compliance, risk mitigation and strong stakeholder relationships, especially with regulators such as SAMA and CHI.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all activities of cross‑functional teams to complete programs, projects and events on time.
• Develop action plans, align project portfolios with organizational priorities and maintain PMO standards, methodologies and best practices.
• Oversee both IT/APP and non‑IT operational projects, ensuring effective governance, reporting and delivery.
• Manage operational risks, internal audit agendas and regulatory compliance items until closure.
• Mentor and develop project managers and team members, fostering a collaborative high‑performance environment.
• Conduct compliance assessments, risk analyses and implement mitigation strategies.
• Design and execute a stakeholder engagement strategy, selecting appropriate communication methodologies.
• Monitor and report compliance metrics and KPIs to senior management.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, quality assurance and operations departments to address operational compliance issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex operational projects in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop project teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
