Presales Consultant – Cyber Security

About the role

The Presales Consultant will lead the design and delivery of complex cyber‑security projects, translating customer requirements, budgets and technical feasibility into robust solutions. You will work closely with sales, architecture and delivery teams to ensure proposals meet both current needs and future expansion plans.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to tenders and build alliances with third‑party partners.
• Provide technical consultancy and conduct informative seminars for clients.
• Perform desktop service feasibility studies and coordinate with presales interfaces.
• Collaborate with ICT, solution and enterprise architects to craft effective ICT solutions.
• Maintain professional relationships at multiple levels, understanding each customer’s business context.
• Work with internal and external experts to anticipate needs and define solutions.
• Partner with project managers to ensure efficient development, deployment and support of information‑system solutions.
• Support account teams to achieve revenue, product, and customer‑satisfaction targets.
• Contribute to innovative principles and ideas within the presales function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good understanding of telecommunication technologies.
