About the role
As a Pre‑seller for PepsiCo in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for driving sales of the full product portfolio to a defined customer base. The role focuses on maximizing sales volume, minimizing stale inventory, achieving distribution targets, and delivering high‑level customer service while adhering to PepsiCo’s operating standards.
Key responsibilities
- Sell the complete range of PepsiCo products to an assigned list of customers, meeting agreed sales targets.
- Maintain low levels of stale inventory in line with supervisor‑set thresholds.
- Execute daily and weekly vehicle checks according to operating procedures.
- Follow the approved call frequency and daily route plan to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collect accounts receivable and ensure timely payment.
- Provide market intelligence to the supervisor to identify new sales opportunities.
- Attend training sessions to improve professionalism and customer service.
- Complete a daily debrief with the supervisor reviewing visited customers and performance.
Required profile
- Strong commitment to achieving sales targets and maintaining product freshness.
- Ability to follow structured operating procedures and daily reporting.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and conduct vehicle inspections.
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Proactive attitude toward market information gathering and reporting.
