Pricing & Market Access Associate Director

About the role

The Pricing & Market Access Associate Director will lead the development and execution of market access strategies for one or more pharmaceutical products in Saudi Arabia. This senior role partners with international and local teams to ensure optimal value, reimbursement, and timely formulary inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with International Market Access & Pricing to design and implement product-specific access strategies.
• Conduct pricing and reimbursement landscape assessments, identify barriers, and propose solutions.
• Educate payers on disease burden, unmet needs, and clinical/economic value of assigned products.
• Develop local market access strategies, core value messages, and launch readiness deliverables.
• Partner with HEOR and International Market Access to create robust dossiers, evidence plans, and economic models (BIM/CEA).
• Lead the preparation of Saudi value dossiers, pre‑launch plans, and financial forecasts.
• Negotiate pricing and access strategies, supporting capability‑building projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of market access experience in the Saudi Arabian pharmaceutical market.
• Deep understanding of local pricing, reimbursement, and outcomes research.
• Experience with advanced therapies, rare diseases, or nephrology is a plus.
