Printer & Scanner Technician – IT Hardware Support

About the role

2P is seeking an experienced Printer & Scanner Technician to join its IT services team. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting printers, scanners, computers and related peripherals for corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain and repair printers, scanners, copiers and multifunction devices.
• Diagnose and resolve paper jams, print‑quality issues, driver conflicts, connectivity problems and hardware failures.
• Replace consumables and defective components such as toner cartridges, drums, fusers and maintenance kits.
• Configure network and USB printers, set IP parameters and install drivers.
• Install and support Windows computers, Microsoft Office applications and perform basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Configure LAN and Wi‑Fi connectivity and perform preventive cleaning, calibration, testing and scheduled maintenance.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support to end users.
• Maintain asset inventories, maintenance logs and service records.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics or a related technical field.
• At least two years of experience in printer, scanner, computer or IT‑hardware maintenance.
• Practical knowledge of HP, Canon and Epson devices.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, driver installation and basic network configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and customer‑service skills.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
