Process Reengineering & Improvement Senior Specialist

About the role

The Process Reengineering & Improvement Senior Specialist will lead the analysis, redesign, and optimisation of core banking processes. You will work closely with process owners, stakeholders and the Business Process Architecture team to ensure that procedures meet quality, compliance and efficiency standards.

Key responsibilities

• Implement departmental policies, procedures and monitor adherence across teams.
• Conduct quality‑focused process analyses, ensure compliance with approved methodologies and recommend improvements.
• Design, develop and update business processes, coordinating review and approval with relevant departments.
• Prepare detailed process review reports, identify improvement areas and propose corrective actions.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs for assigned processes, ensuring proper design and implementation.
• Manage change‑management plans, assess impact on people, processes and systems, and drive communication and awareness initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops with process owners to create process maps, embed controls, KPIs and SLAs.
• Support process owners in implementing BPM‑recommended changes and ensure alignment with bank objectives.
• Collaborate with Business Process Architects to align processes with procedures and service level agreements.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities, aiming at cost reduction, productivity gains and adherence to international best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Management Information Systems or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant experience in banking or financial‑institution operational risk, process improvement or BPM.
• Proven ability to analyse, redesign and optimise end‑to‑end processes.
• Strong understanding of SLA, KPI and service‑level management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
