Product Consultant – Agile Squad Leader

About the role

We are looking for a Product Consultant to drive the vision, strategy and execution of our product roadmap within an agile, squad‑based environment. Acting as the voice of the customer, you will bridge business goals, user needs and technical delivery to ensure our products deliver real value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategic roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Prioritise features, enhancements and fixes based on impact, effort and customer value.
• Lead one or more cross‑functional squads, managing the product backlog, writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives and other agile ceremonies.
• Oversee customer tickets, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement long‑term fixes.
• Monitor product KPIs, adoption and satisfaction, using data and A/B testing to guide continuous improvement.
• Communicate updates, timelines and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior product owners and contribute to best‑practice product management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in product ownership or product management.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and squad collaboration.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives and customer insights into actionable initiatives.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision making.
