Product Management Senior Director

About the role

The Senior Director of Product Management will lead Takamol’s product portfolio, aligning it with the platform’s strategic objectives. You will use platform data to drive investment decisions, ensure product performance, and meet customer demand while supporting overall business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead corrective actions when products miss KPI targets, minimizing deviations and improving effectiveness.
• Oversee analysis of product quality control metrics to guarantee accuracy and compliance with Takamol standards.
• Identify training and development needs for direct reports, promoting best‑in‑class product management practices.
• Collaborate with the direct manager to achieve portfolio strategic objectives.
• Utilize platform data to drive investment in clients and customers.
• Manage the Takamol product portfolio and set product targets to impact the market and support strategic goals.
• Perform any additional duties as required by the direct manager.

Required profile

• Postgraduate degree (MA or MBA) in Business Administration, MIS, IT or a related field.
• More than 15 years of experience in product management or a comparable area.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of marketing and negotiations.
• Analytical thinking and budgeting expertise.
