Product Specialist – Immunology (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Product Specialist – Immunology will represent Johnson & Johnson to healthcare professionals in Dammam, promoting registered immunology products and ensuring they are used according to clinical indications. The role focuses on increasing patient access and market share while upholding the company’s compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maximize patient share of assigned immunology products by understanding the patient pathway and driving sales.
• Use a multichannel approach (face‑to‑face, email, phone, presentations) to engage healthcare professionals.
• Provide detailed product value presentations and collect quality call feedback.
• Achieve market share targets for the assigned territory.
• Promote Johnson & Johnson’s image as a scientific and digital innovator within assigned accounts.

Required profile

• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales, preferably in immunology.
• Ability to communicate product information clearly to healthcare professionals.
• Strong understanding of compliance, quality guidelines, and local regulations.
