Production Engineer

About the role

The Production Engineer will be based on‑site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting alfanar’s manufacturing facilities. In this full‑time position you will oversee production lines, ensure efficient operations and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities and performance metrics.
• Coordinate production planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase output and reduce waste.
• Work closely with quality control teams to maintain product standards and resolve issues.
• Prepare technical reports, analyse performance data and support safety and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret production data and drive optimisation.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Riyadh and manage multiple priorities.
