Production Engineer

About the role

The Production Engineer will ensure the run‑ability and quality of products on the assigned line, following R&D standards. You will coordinate closely with maintenance, quality, and HSSE teams to drive predictive maintenance, continuous improvement, and compliance with the Quality Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor line performance and product quality against R&D specifications.
• Update machine condition reports and work with the Maintenance Manager on preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
• Identify raw‑material savings in collaboration with technical and QC departments.
• Maintain strict quality standards by liaising with the QC department.
• Develop and deliver training programs for new operators and machine setters.
• Conduct Fishbone Analysis weekly and implement corrective actions with the Process Specialist.
• Partner with the Process Improvement Department to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Lead machine upgrade projects, coordinating with the Division Technical Manager.
• Ensure compliance with the integrated management system and HSSE requirements, including HIRA and aspect/impact documentation.

Required profile

• At least one month of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with maintenance, quality, process, and HSSE teams.
• Strong analytical mindset for problem solving and continuous improvement.
