Production Line Supervisor – Dates Factory

About the role

The Production Line Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the date processing and packing lines at Gheras Alkhairat’s flagship farm. Reporting to the Production Manager, the role ensures that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily production and packing line activities.
• Monitor operational efficiency, minimize downtime and waste.
• Lead and manage production teams on the factory floor.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments.
• Prepare and submit daily production reports.
• Participate in process improvement and operational optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in dates factories or food manufacturing, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve operational targets.
