Production Manager - Commercial Kitchen Equipment

About the role

Kaisb Company is looking for an experienced, highly technical Production Manager for its commercial kitchen equipment and stainless-steel fabrication business. The role covers end-to-end factory operations, from raw material sourcing and sheet metal engineering through laser cutting, precision bending, welding, assembly and final quality assurance, producing custom stainless steel kitchen equipment and modular cold room panels that meet international hygiene and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee factory operations and production management
• Supervise technical and sheet metal engineering
• Manage quality assurance and regulatory compliance
• Handle supply chain, inventory and maintenance
• Lead the team and manage resources

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Production Engineering or a related field
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication and factory production, in commercial kitchen or food service equipment manufacturing
• Excellent planning and time management, strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication, leadership and team management skills
