Production Planning Engineer II

About the role

We are looking for an Engineer II in Production Planning to join our polymer and chemical assets in Jubail. The role supports the Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring balanced decisions across supply chain, marketing and operations to achieve optimal production levels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and illustrate production plans for polymer and chemical products, aligning yearly grade‑wise splits with the business plan and S&OP process.
• Monitor joint‑venture off‑takers and ensure compliance with off‑take agreements (OTA) and S&OP targets.
• Maintain the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) module in SAP, entering production data accurately and timely.
• Coordinate budget alignment between manufacturing and business units at grade‑wise level.
• Track customer complaints, aiming for high satisfaction while maintaining process efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute common business processes for joint ventures.
• Oversee day‑to‑day planning and scheduling activities to meet performance targets.
• Provide analysis, data reports and KPI tracking for S&OP compliance and supply accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the petrochemical sector.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using SAP.
• Familiarity with IBP (Integrated Business Planning) system.
