Production Supervisor

About the role

The Production Supervisor leads the manufacturing team to achieve daily production targets while maintaining high quality and safety standards. This position ensures efficient workflow, drives continuous improvement, and fosters a collaborative work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet schedules, quality, and safety goals.
• Train, evaluate, and support production staff, providing necessary resources and guidance.
• Monitor and enforce safety policies, conducting regular inspections.
• Troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and achieve targets.
• Analyze performance data, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and communicate results to management.
• Coordinate workflows with maintenance, quality control, and inventory departments.
• Assist in process improvement, cost reduction, and waste management initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree or technical certification in manufacturing, engineering, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting and adapt to changing priorities.
