Production Supervisor – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a Production Supervisor to support daily operations of its manufacturing department. You will ensure that production activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with company standards while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in policy and process formulation to align production with corporate goals.
• Coordinate resources to meet the daily production plan.
• Monitor performance, implement quality and safety procedures, and support process‑optimization initiatives.
• Apply Lean Production and Six Sigma tools to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Provide ongoing training to enhance team members’ skills.
• Support the Production Manager with additional management tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Logistics or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production management within a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of production control, quality management, and data analysis.
• Logical, strategic, and systematic thinking with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Ability to collaborate, influence, and maintain a customer‑focused approach.
