Professional Hair Educator – Sales & Training

About the role
The Professional Educator – Hair will drive brand growth and sales performance through education, training, and in‑salon support in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role uses education as a commercial tool to increase product consumption, convert new clients, and support brand launches and promotions.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute directly to achieving assigned brand sales targets by using education to drive repeat orders and product usage.
- Support Sales Representatives in converting opportunities into orders and increasing brand penetration.
- Develop and deliver structured in‑salon trainings, demos, workshops, academy classes, brand seminars, and group education sessions.
- Ensure education content is relevant, aligned with brand strategy, and delivered with high quality while meeting productivity targets.
- Support new salon conversions through technical onboarding and education.
- Assist sell‑out initiatives within salons to increase reorders and support upselling.
